PCA aims to become a Management Support Company

We plan, design, and develop enterprise system software that plays a central role in a company's business activities. Instead of contract development, we offer software in two formats: packaged software and cloud-based software. With a lineup of additional services as well, we provide various support that goes beyond just software solutions alone.

We have been working on gaining new customers by shifting our existing customers to the cloud and focusing on digital marketing. In the first half, there was a reactionary drop from the previous high demand related to the end of support for the X series, but the demand recovered in the second half.

We recommended subscription and cloud versions for new projects and to existing customers replacing their products. To customers who have not yet subscribed to our maintenance plan, we suggested how it will be helpful for the upcoming new invoicing system.

We strengthened our engagement with potential customers who accessed our website from channels such as digital ads. As a result, we achieved more lead acquisition, saw greater trial usage, and gained more new customers compared to the previous fiscal year.
