2.Number of shares issued:2441860 shares.
3.Par value per share:NTD $10 per share.
4.Total monetary value of the issuance:NTD $24418600.
5.Issue price:NTD 86 per share.
6.Number of shares subscribed for by employees:The 10% (140000shares) of the
cash issuance of new shares shall be retained for subscription by employees
of the Company.
7.Ratio of shares subscribed for by existing shareholders:The 90% (2197674
shares) of the cash issuance of new shares shall be subscribed by original
shareholders in proportion respectively to their original shareholding in
accordance with the registration of shareholders on the record date of
cash capital increasing.

9.Handling method for fractional shares and shares unsubscripted
for by the deadline:Shareholders may arrange by themselves for pooling
together their fractional share entitlements to form one share within 5
days commencing from the book closure date. Those shares which waived by
original shareholders and employees and the fractional shares which are
not pooled within the aforesaid period, it is authorized that the Chairman
of the Company to contact specific person(s) to purchase.
10.Rights and obligations of these newly issued shares:The same as those of
existing shares.

For strengthening the Company's working capital.
