ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING LETTER
Peel Mining Limited (ASX:PEX) (Company) advises that the Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held at 10.00am (WST) on 22 November 2023 at Quest Kings Park, 54 Kings Park Rd, West Perth WA 6005 (Meeting).
In accordance with new provisions under the Corporations Act, the Company will not be sending hard copies of the Notice of Meeting to shareholders, unless a shareholder has requested a hard copy. The Notice of Meeting can be viewed and downloaded from the link set out below.
The Company strongly encourages all Shareholders to lodge a directed proxy form prior to the meeting, and register their attendance prior to the Meeting if they intend to attend. Questions should also be submitted in advance of the Meeting as this will provide management with the best opportunity to prepare answers in advance to Shareholder questions.
