Peoples-Sidney Financial Corporation is a unitary thrift holding company. The Company offers primary lending products, including residential mortgages, commercial real estate loans, land loans, commercial business loans and consumer loans. Its loans are secured by specific items of collateral, including business assets, consumer assets and commercial and residential real estate. Its residential mortgage loans include one- to four-family residential, one- to four-family rental and home equity line of credit. It offers deposit products, including noninterest-bearing demand deposits, negotiable order of withdrawal (NOW) accounts, money market accounts, savings accounts and certificates of deposit. It provides consumer loans primarily consisting of secured loans, including automobile loans, loans on savings deposits, home improvement loans, and unsecured personal loans. The Company's subsidiary is Peoples Federal Savings and Loan Association (Association).
