Pironet NDH AG : expands Executive Board by addition of Business Development function

Cologne, 1 August 2012 - Pironet NDH AG will expand its Executive Board on 1 August 2012 by the addition of the Business Development function. The company's Supervisory Board has appointed Udo Faulhaber as the new Executive Board member.

With Mr Faulhaber, who was born in 1961, Pironet NDH AG has promoted an experienced expert from its own group to this new Executive Board function. In his previous post as Managing Director of the group subsidiary Pironet NDH Datacenter GmbH Mr Faulhaber played a major part in driving the continuous growth process in the corporate segment which recorded the highest sales and results - ITK Outsourcing/Cloud Computing - in recent years and made a successful contribution in re-orientating the Pironet NDH Group.
