Pivot Technology Solutions, Inc. announced the creation of three new service channels as part of its strategy to deliver better and more consistent performance in its services business and across all operations.  The three new channels are Pivot Workforce Solutions, Pivot Managed Services, and Fulfillment Services.  Workforce Solutions' mission is to develop a standard, centralized and consistent process for acquiring resources by leveraging proven recruiting companies that provide best practices, best pricing and best value. Managed Services' mission is to deliver a suite of support, managed, and cloud services that provide recurring revenue streams and will build on the foundation established by Pivot Technology Services Group (PTS) to include a broader set of offerings.  The Fulfillment channel organization will oversee the operations of all warehouse and integration centers for Pivot's business units and serve as the focal point for configuration services, depot support services and distribution within these facilities. 

As part of planned transitions, the company also announced that effective January 1, 2017, Warren Barnes has stepped down from the Company's Board of Directors and Shaun Maine has resigned as an officer of New Prosys Corp. Mr. Maine has also resigned as Chief Operating Officer of Pivot.
