Following the request for additions to the agenda, received on 16.03.2021 by the shareholder Ferdinando Tomasoni, owner of no. 30,385 ordinary shares, representing 2.70% of the share capital of the Company, the agenda of the shareholders' meeting of Poligrafica S. Faustino SpA, convened in ordinary session in single call for April 16, 2021 at 10:30 AM in Castrezzato (BS) Via Valenca, 15, we inform you that, today, it has been made available to the public at Borsa Italiana SpA and the registered office the documentation indicated below:

• Illustrative report by shareholder Tomasoni Ferdinando on item 4 on the agenda of the ordinary shareholders' meeting prepared pursuant to art. 126-bis,paragraph 4, of Legislative Decree 58/1998.

Furthermore, today the proxy forms modified in light of the integration of the agenda (generic and to the representative designated by the Company) for representation in the meeting were filed at the registered office.
