PSP Swiss Property lets the restaurant area at Beatenplatz to Candrian Catering AG

Candrian Catering AG, a successful catering company, will rent the restaurant area which is located in Zurich's prime area.

In 2021, Candrian Catering AG will open an innovative gastronomy concept with around 200 indoor and 300 outdoor seats at Beatenplatz in Zurich. The concept called 'DU PONT Brasserie & Bar' will be characterised by uniqueness, inviting and warm atmosphere as well as a harmonious food & beverage offer. The spacious garden as an oasis in the close neighbourhood of the hectic Bahnhofstrasse as well as the impressive bar will be additional trademarks.

Following this letting, the property (still under renovation) at Beatenplatz (Waisenhausstrasse 2/4, Bahnhofquai 7) is fully let. As is generally known, along with Candrian Catering AG, Ruby Hotels & Resort will open a hotel with 210 rooms at this location mid-2021. The property at Beatenplatz is the construction stage 2 (of a total of three stages) at the large-scale renovation project 'Bahnhofquai/-platz' opposite Zurich's main train station. The entire building complex will become very attractive in this top location due to the ongoing renovations and the several prominent tenants.
