Public Power Corporation S.A. announces that, a Memorandum of Understanding has been signed with GE Power (through GE Power Services Business located at Baden Switzerland) for discussing a partnership having as its scope to provide services of operation and maintenance services, commissioning, training, overhauling and repairing of gas and steam turbines, generators, boilers and other equipment used in power plants or for industrial purposes to other companies including EPC contractors, and other service providers in Greece and Europe, with the potential of extending it to other countries. The Parties will form a joint team to discuss the division of work and responsibilities, opportunities in the regions of interest, as well as to formulate a proposal for the business model of this alliance.
