Dongwon Industries Co., Ltd. completed the acquisition of Dongbu Express Co., Ltd. from KTB Private Equity and Q Capital Partners Co., Ltd..

Dongwon Industries Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A006040) signed a contract to acquire Dongbu Express Co., Ltd. from KTB Private Equity and Q Capital Partners Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A016600) for KRW 420 billion on December 16, 2016. Under the terms of the transaction, Dongwon Industries Co., Ltd. will acquire 2.2 million common stocks and 3.2 million redeemable convertible preferred stocks. For 2015, Dongbu Express Co., Ltd. had total assets of KRW 873.6 billion, sales of KRW 719.5 billion, operating income of KRW 44.4 billion and net income of KRW 18.5 billion. The transaction was resolved by the Board of Directors of Dongwon Industries Co., Ltd. on December 16, 2016. The transaction is expected to complete on February 1, 2017.
Dongwon Industries Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A006040) completed the acquisition of Dongbu Express Co., Ltd. from KTB Private Equity and Q Capital Partners Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A016600) in December 2016. As per the new amendment on January 26, 2017, acquisition amount is CNY 416 billion.

On March 17, 2014, the Company announced that it sold entire shares of Onse Telecom Corp.
