Qingdao Soda Ash Industrial and Sesoda to Build Joint Venture

Qingdao Soda Ash Industrial will join hands with Sesoda Corp.to incorporate a joint venture to build 80,000-ton-a-year potassium sulfate project. The construction period is 12 months and the two parties will co-contribute CNY 100 million as the project construction fund and the rest will depend on bank loans.
