Qol Holdings Co., Ltd. announced appointment of Shoji Okamura from Senior Executive Director, Chief of Pharmacy Business Management Headquarters to Advisor to the company, Kiyonobu Fukumitsu From Executive Director, Chief of Business Management Headquarters to Representative and Executive Director, Chief of Business Management Headquarters and Isao Araki from Director, Deputy Chief of Pharmacy Business Management Headquarters to Director, Chief of Pharmacy Business Management Headquarters. Mr. Shoji Okamura will retire for health reasons. Changes are effective October 1, 2020.

The Insurance Pharmacy segment is engaged in the operation of insurance pharmacies, as well as the operation of convenience stores in hospitals. The BOP Commission segment is engaged in the Contract Sales Organization (CSO) business, Contract Research Organization (CRO) business, medical related business and the wholesale of medicine products, cosmetic products and daily necessities through its subsidiaries.
