This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 30, 2023 at 11.00 p.m. at, the registered office of the Company, Nadir House, Ground Floor, I. I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi, to consider the Quarterly Accounts for the ended on September 30, 2023 for Declaration of any entitlement.

The Company has declared Closed Period from October 23, 2023 till October 30, 2023 as required under clause No 5.6.1(d) of PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Director, Chief Executive Officer and other Executive shell, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company, in any manner during the closed period.
