Ramco Systems Limited announced a private placement of 16,42,335 equity shares at an issue price of INR 274 per share for a gross proceeds of INR 449.99979 million on December 22, 2022. The transaction will include participation from returning investor, Ramco Industries Limited with 19.39% stake and 71,09,711 shares post completion of the transaction. The transaction has been approved by the investors board of directors.
