ReNu Energy Limited (ASX: RNE) (ReNu Energy) advises that it has completed its buy-back and cancellation of 14,424,000 shares issued under the Company's Loan Share Plan to the former Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer.

This buy-back was announced to the market on 26 October 2020. Further details are set out in the attached Appendix 3F and ASIC Form 484.
