JOINT VENTURE AIROLUX

Wetteren, Belgium - December 17th, 2015.

RESILUX NV has taken note of the interest of AIROPACK TECHNOLOGY GROUP AG, its partner in the Joint Venture AIROLUX AG, to acquire its share in the Joint Venture AIROLUX AG.
