Riviera Tool Company designs, develops and manufactures custom and complex large-scale metal stamping die systems used in the high-speed production of sheet metal stamped parts and assemblies for the automotive industry. The stamping die systems sold by the Company are used in the production of automobile and truck body parts, such as roofs, hoods, fenders, doors, door frames, structural components and bumpers. The Company's customers include DaimlerChrysler, General Motors Corporation, Mercedes-Benz and Peterbuilt, the original equipment manufacturers (OEM's) and their suppliers.
