Robinsons Retail Holdings, Inc. announced election of Mr. Rodolfo P. Ang as Independent Director, effective March 9, 2020. The company also announced resignation of Faith Y. Gokongwei-Lim as Director, effective March 9, 2020. Mr. Rodolfo is also an independent director of the Philippine Insurers and Reinsurers Association. He sits on the Board of Trustees of Xavier School. He has served the Commission on Higher Education in various capacities, as a member of the Technical Panel for Business and Management Education, member of the Technical Committee for Business Administration and Entrepreneurship, and member of the NCR Regional Quality Assessment Team.
Robinsons Retail Holdings, Inc. is a Philippines-based multiformat retailer. The Company's divisions include Supermarket, Department Store, Do-It-Yourself (DIY), Convenience Store, Drug Store and Specialty Store. The Supermarket division operates under five formats: Robinsons Supermarket, Robinsons Easymart, The Marketplace, Shopwise and No Brand. The Department Store division includes Robinsons Department Store, which offers local and international brands that are grouped into categories, such as shoes, bags and accessories (including beauty and personal care), ladies' and men's wear, children's wear, household items and others.
