Legal basis:

Article 103, section 1 in connection with the article 101 Section 2 and the article 102 Section 1 and the article 83 Section 1 of the regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 regarding current and interim reports published by issuers of securities and the terms of considering information required by any non-member state as equivalent ("Regulation")

Contents of the Current Report:

The Management Bard of ROBYG S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company") hereby announces the dates of publication of periodical reports of the Company in 2018 as follows:

Annual reports for 2017:

• a) standalone report for the Company - 14 March 2018

• b) consolidated report for the capital group of the Company - 14 March 2018

Semi-annual report for the first half of 2018: a) consolidated semi-annual report for the capital group of the Company - 23 August 2018

Quarterly reports for 2018:

a) consolidated report for the first quarter of 2018 for the capital group of the Company - 30 May 2018

b) consolidated report for the third quarter of 2018 for the capital group of the Company -

22 November 2018

In addition the Management Board of the Company hereby represents that in accordance with the article 83 Section 1 of the Regulation, the Company will not announce separately the standalone quarterly reports for the Company, while the consolidated quarterly reports for the capital group of the Company will include the quarterly condensed consolidated financial statements for the capital group of the Company and the quarterly condensed financial information on the Company.

Furthermore, the Management Board announces that the Company in accordance with the article 102 Section 1 and the article 101 Section 2 of the Regulation will not announce the consolidated quarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2017 and the second quarter of 2018.

The Company will also not announce separately the standalone semi-annual report for the Company for the first half of 2018 in accordance with the article 83 Section 3 of the Regulation, while the consolidated semi-annual report for the capital group of the Company will include the semi-annual condensed consolidated financial statement for the capital group of the Company and the semi-annual condensed financial statement for the Company.
