Rosseti Public Joint Stock : Annual Reports of Rosseti Group's Eight Companies Were Awarded Prizes at Russian and International Contests

Prizes from the Moscow Exchange and RCB Media Group, RAEX Rating Agency, MarCom Awards, LACR Vision Awards and ARC Awards were received by Rosseti, Rosseti FGC UES, Rosseti North-West, Rosseti Lenenergo, Rosseti South, Rosseti Center, Rosseti Center and Volga Region, Rosseti Volga.

The experts, in particular, made a note of the high quality of disclosure of information on corporate governance, strategy, and sustainable development.

At the 24th Annual Report Contest, organized by the Moscow Exchange and RCB Media Group, Rosseti won the Best Corporate Governance Disclosure nomination. In the Best Strategy and Investment Attractiveness Presentation nomination all the prizes were awarded to the Group's organizations: Rosseti FGC UES, Rosseti and Rosseti North-West.

In addition, Rosseti FGC UES received a "silver" award for the best quality of sustainable development information disclosure. Rosseti Lenenergo and Rosseti North-West became bronze medalists in the nominations where the reports of companies with capitalization ranging from 40 to 200 billion rubles and up to 40 billion rubles were assessed.

At the RAEX competition, Rosseti and Rosseti FGC ranked third in the nominations where interactive and integrated reports were assessed. At the same time, the companies received 5-star certificates for the highest quality of the annual report in the rating for 2020.

Following the results of the MarCom Awards, Rosseti and Rosseti FGC UES won gold and platinum awards. The companies also ranked 98th and 79th in the ReportWatch/Comprend ranking, which includes 500 best reports worldwide. At the same time, among the reports of the Russian companies participating in the rating, the report of Rosseti FGC UES ranked second.

Rosseti North-West, Rosseti South, Rosseti Center, Rosseti Center and Volga Region, Rosseti Volga won prizes at the LACP Vision Awards and ARC Awards. At the same time, according to experts from the LACP Vision Awards, the annual report of Rosseti North-West entered the top 10 in Russia and ranked 26th in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

The public annual report is an effective communication tool. The success of several companies of Rosseti Group at once is due to their common desire to improve the quality of communications with the investment community, to increase information transparency and the efficiency of corporate governance.
