Following the results of 2021, the Rosseti Group's average headcount amounted to more than 210,000 people, and the employee turnover rate remained low. The company continued systematic work aimed at implementing the Vision Zero (injury elimination) concept, personnel professional development, as well as attracting promising young employees to the industry.

An important event was the All-Russian Meeting dedicated to the Vision Zero concept implementation, which was attended by 180 managers and employees from specialized units, as well as by about 100 representatives of partner organizations. The participants considered the plans of specific subsidiaries and affiliates, as well as the projects that can be scaled up in the industry, such as automated recording of minor injuries, root cause analysis of accidents, experience in attracting psychologists, and other solutions.

A list of priority steps included the introduction of live work, holding review competitions and round tables with PPE manufacturers, the use of digital technologies, particularly in the field of professional training. The regulatory framework is being improved, in particular, a corporate standard has been approved to establish the procedure for elevated jobs on power transmission lines.

Against the background of the ongoing restrictions due to COVID-19, the development of online courses for employees continued in 2021. Currently, the training centers of Rosseti Group's companies have about 500 distance learning programs.

Additionally, in 2021, the second Energy Leaders competition was held online, with more than 3,400 participants registered (almost twice as many as in 2019).

Corporate competitions using the WorldSkills methodology were held in Yekaterinburg, Krasnodar and Balashikha (Moscow region). The Group's representatives took part in the WorldSkills Hi-Tech National Championship, where they scored the victory in three competencies.

A number of activities have been implemented for schoolchildren and students, including the Olympiad for high school students, an energy project session on the basis of the Russian Children's Center Orlyonok, a competition for graduation theses of bachelors and masters of technical universities. Rosseti Group supported the Professional Training 2.0 project and took part in a number of other projects under the auspices of the presidential platform "Russia - the Land of Opportunities".
