At a working meeting held in Moscow, Oleg Kozhemyako, Governor of the Primorsky Territory, and Andrey Ryumin, Director General of Rosseti, discussed promising projects related to the power supply to new industrial enterprises, advanced development territories (ADT), port and railway infrastructure. A separate topic was the company's participation in the development of the Vladivostok agglomeration.

It was noted that, in 2016-2021, Rosseti Group implemented a number of important projects for the economic growth of Primorye. The investment program amounted to 19.6 billion rubles. Zvezda Shipbuilding Complex, Nadezhdinskaya and Mikhailovsky ADTs, as well as Sukhodol Terminal were provided with power supply.

A 250-kilometer power transit line was put into operation to increase the capacity of the final section of the Trans-Siberian Railway and improve the reliability of power supply to the south of Primorye, where Vladivostok is located. The main activities to build the 220 kV Shirokaya - Lozovaya transmission line and the new power center in Nakhodka have been completed. These facilities are part of the national project, the Comprehensive Plan for the Modernization and Expansion of Trunk Infrastructure, approved by the Russian Government.

"I would like to express my deep gratitude for the work carried out by PJSC Rosseti in Primorye. This allows us to see the prospects for a reliable power supply to the region. This is especially important in the context of growing housing construction and industrial enterprises. The city of Sputnik, the Far Eastern Quarter, the metallurgical plant and other enterprises are among our plans. However, we still face problems with the reliability of power supply in existing neighborhoods. Such as Nadezhdinsky and Khasansky Districts and Artyom city. This is due to the establishment of new enterprises and increase in the consumption by the former gardening non-commercial partnerships, which have already been transformed into residential areas, which, of course, increased the load on the grid. We receive proposals to build a powerful 220-kilovolt substation in Nadezhdinsky District to improve power supply to Khasansky and Nadezhdinsky Districts and Artyom city," emphasized Oleg Kozhemyako.

"The Primorsky Territory is one of the most rapidly developing regions. Industrial and infrastructure enterprises of great importance to the Russian economy are concentrated here. In recent years, the tourist traffic has increased manifold. One of our main tasks is to support the socio-economic development of the region by ensuring the necessary capacity and reliability of power supply to consumers. In the next three years, the company's investments in the Primorsky Territory will exceed 9 billion rubles. Now, we are discussing with the local authorities additional projects related to the future development of Vladivostok and improvement of the quality of power supply to Artyom city, Khasansky and Nadezhdinsky Districts," noted Andrey Ryumin.

The key areas of work until 2024 include, among other things, the power supply to Primorsky Metallurgical Plant, which will provide Zvezda Shipping Complex with large-sized steel sheets, as well as to the port transshipment complex near Mys Klykova cape, Nakhodka Fertilizer Plant, Russian Railways facilities and ADT residents.
