Announcement of Free-of-charge Withdrawals from Partner Convenience Store ATMs for All Customers

Step Up Program has been charging "Standard" stage customers 110 yen (including tax) per withdrawal from our partner convenience store ATMs*1. However, no withdrawal fee will be charged from Monday, February 6, 2023. (Up to 5 withdrawals during the month. 110 yen (including tax) will be charged thereafter.)

In addition, in celebration of the change of our trade name from Shinsei Bank to SBI Shinsei Bank, "Standard" stage customers can enjoy unlimited free-of-charge ATM withdrawals from Monday, February 6, 2023*2 to Sunday, March 31, 2024.

During this period, "Standard" stage customers can enjoy unlimited free-of-charge withdrawals, similar to customers whose stage is "Silver" or above.

SBI Shinsei Bank will provide products, services and functions that are convenient for our customers. We look forward to your continued patronage.

*1 Target partner convenience store ATMs: Seven Bank ATMs, Enet ATMs, LAWSON ATMs, AEON Bank ATMs*3, PatSat ATMs, VIEW ALTTE (JR East Japan Railway ATMs)
Withdrawals from Japan Post Bank ATMs (including those installed in Family Mart stores) , Major City banks' ATMs, Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking ATMs, Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank ATMs and Shoko Chukin Bank ATMs are charged 110 yen (including tax) per withdrawal.

*2 ATMs will be unavailable from around 23:30 Sunday, February 5, 2023 to around 5:00 Monday, February 6, 2023 due to the system maintenance.

*3 Screens and receipts of AEON Bank ATMs will be updated on Monday, February 13, 2023. 110 yen/withdrawal will be displayed for withdrawals by "Standard" stage customers until February 12, but no withdrawal fees will be charged actually.
