Scandinavian House: The Company is late with the audits and received a letter from Euronext regarding this matter.

Scandinavian House Development
AG ('SHDAG' or the 'Company') inform that
the Company is late with the audits. Unfortunately
our auditor found another employer in August,
which caused the company a problem with
finalizing the audit. We got a new auditor signed 19th
of October and we are processing the financials
and audit as soon as we can.

Euronext, Global Compliance Division, has
informed the Company of the late financials and no
disclosure on the web site.
