Heneken, s.r.o. acquired Brock Metals s.r.o. from Scully Royalty Ltd. (NYSE:SRL) and Garda Alloys, s.r.o. on October 28, 2019. The Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic approved the transaction.
