          OFFICER

On March 6, 2023, Christine Lucus tendered her resignation as Chief Financial Officer of Selectis Health, Inc. (the "Company"), effective April 5, 2023. Lance Baller, our current CEO, will serve as the Company's principal financial officer until we identify a permanent CFO. The Company has engaged an outside accounting and consulting firm to assist the Company with customary and required accounting functions and financial reporting.
