ISSUE OF BONDS
Semapa hereby discloses that, on this date, it proceeded to the issue of bonds named "SEMAPA/2023 - 2030", by private subscription, in the total amount of € 100 000 000.00 (one-hundred million euros), maturing on 28 June 2030, and that the issue is organized by Caixa - Banco de Investimento, S.A..
Semapa also discloses that this operation aims to extend the maturity of its financial debt.

Semapa is a diversified group organized around 3 sectors of activity:
