SGC Energy Co.,Ltd. (KOSE:A005090) acquired 95% stake in SMG Energy Co., Ltd. from Gunjang Energy Co., Ltd. and eTEC E&C Limited (KOSDAQ:A016250) for KRW 55.1 billion on November 2, 2020. As reported, SGC Energy Co.,Ltd. acquired 11.03 million shares at a price of KRW 5,000 per share in SMG Energy Co., Ltd. out of which SGC E-Tech E&C will sell 0.65 million shares representing 5.63% stake and Gunjang Energy Co., Ltd. will sell 10.37 million shares representing 89.37% stake.
