As part of the acquisition, Sam Kwang Glass Co., Ltd. will issue shares at ratio of 1:3.8794669. Upon completion, the name of Investment division of eTEC E&C Limited is changed to SGC eTEC E&C Limited.
The transaction is expected to be completed by October 31, 2020.
