The board of directors of Shandong Weigao Group Medical Polymer Company Limited announced the following changes to the Board: Mrs. Wang Jinxia ("Mrs. Wang") has tendered resignation as an independent non-executive director of the Company, a member of audit committee, a member of remuneration committee, a member of nomination committee and a member of corporate governance committee with effect from the conclusion of the extraordinary general meeting to be held on 30 December 2022 (the "EGM").
