JOINT ANNOUNCEMENT TRADING HALT

At the request of Shenzhen International Holdings Limited ('SZ International') and Shenzhen Expressway Company Limited ('SZ Expressway', a 50.889%-owned subsidiary of SZ International) (SZ International and SZ Expressway collectively, the 'Companies'), trading in the shares of the Companies and the related securities of SZ International (Stock Code: 04542) will be halted with effect from 9:00 a.m. on Monday, 30 November 2015, pending the release of an announcement relating to a proposed major transaction of SZ International and a proposed very substantial disposal of SZ Expressway, which constitutes inside information of the respective Companies.
