Grand Kangxi Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 315,000,000 in an equity round of funding of funding on March 29, 2021. The transaction will include participation from returning investor, Sichuan Tianyi Comheart Telecom Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300504) for CNY 5,000,000, subscribing to new registered capital of CNY 173,762 and other investors. Other investors will subscribe to new registered capital of CNY 10,773,246 and company's registered capital will increase from CNY 86,881,015 to CNY 97,828,023. The transaction has been approved at the Sichuan Tianyi Comheart Telecom Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300504)'s 18th meeting of the 3rd directorate and doesn't need shareholders’ approval. Post closing, Sichuan Tianyi Comheart Telecom Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300504) will hold a total of CNY 386,185 registered capital of the company for 0.39% stake.
Sichuan Tianyi Comheart Telecom Co., Ltd. is a China-based company principally engaged in the research and development, manufacture and sales of broadband network terminal equipment, physical connection and protection equipment for communication networks, as well as mobile communication network optimization system equipment.
