Shanghai Raypai Photonic Crystal Ltd. announced that it will receive equity round of funding on December 17, 2020. The transaction will include participation from new investors including Sichuan Tianyi Comheart Telecom Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300504) For CNY 5,000,000 to acquire 2.2936% stake and other investors for 15.1376% stake. The registered capital of the company will increase by CNY 241,822 from CNY 1,145,470 to CNY 1,387,292 upon closing. The transaction has been approved by the 15th session of 3rd directorate of Sichuan Tianyi Comheart Telecom Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300504).
Sichuan Tianyi Comheart Telecom Co., Ltd. is a China-based company principally engaged in the research and development, manufacture and sales of broadband network terminal equipment, physical connection and protection equipment for communication networks, as well as mobile communication network optimization system equipment.
