 (a)The last trade day of old shares: 2022/7/5.
 (b)Trading suspension period of old shares: 2022/7/6 to 2022/7/12.
 (c)Book closure ending date: 2022/7/7.
 (d)The period of book closure date of old shares:
    From 2022/7/8 to 2022/7/12.
 (e)Record date of replacement of shares:2022/7/12.
 (f)The new shares will be listed on 2022/7/13.
 (g)From the day when the new stocks are listed for trading, the old stocks
    shall not be used as the subject of trading and delivery.
(2) The plan of the replacement of share certificates for the change in the
