SITI B&T Group, a manufacturer of complete plants for the world ceramic industry listed on the AIM Italia stock market (Ticker: SITI), announces the launch of the B&T NOSTOP operating unit which will boost the Group's after marketservice in target markets and provide an increasingly efficient response to customers' needs. An investment of more than 3 million euros will consolidate after-sales service at the central warehouse in Formigine and at international branches.

Investments in Research and Development and customer service have therefore remained key growth factors for SITI B&T Group, which expects to close 2016 with a record customer service turnover of more than 52 million euros (11% up on 2015). This is the best result ever for the Group, which is on course to report a consolidated 2016 turnover of 187 million euros.

A new original parts warehouse has been set up in Formigine to enable the Group to provide an even faster and more efficient spare parts service. The 2,000 square metre warehouse uses new goods management software along with the latest vertical storage technologies to reduce supply lead times and shorten line stoppages at customers' factories. B&T NOSTOP focuses on technical support and customer service. It has a dedicated purchasing department and handles all logistics operations.
