Notice Regarding Changes in Organization and Executive Officers
Kindy be informed that Skylark Holdings Co., Ltd. (the "Company") announces the following changes in organizational structure and executive officers as of October 1, 2020.
1. Organizational Changes
In order to respond to changes in the environment and the ever-changing needs of consumers due to the effects of the COVID-19, the Company is to make the following organizational changes.
(1) Establish Menu and Production Division
Of the menu development functions and promotion functions in the Menu Development Division, the menu development function is to be integrated to the Supply Chain Production Division to form a new division as Menu and Production Division.
(2) Establish Marketing Division
The promotion function of the Menu Development Division is to be independent to form a new division as Marketing Division.
