Solium Capital : Announces Appointment to Board of Directors – Joanne Rohde appointed to the Board

Calgary, Alberta - June 1, 2017 - Solium (TSX: SUM), the leading global provider of cloud-enabled software and services for equity administration, financial reporting and compliance, is pleased to announce the appointment of Joanne Rohde to its Board of Directors (the 'Board'). Ms. Rohde will replace Jeff English who has stepped down from the Board.

Ms. Rohde has 25 years of experience in the U.S. financial services and technology industries. Over the course of her career, she has worked in both large global financial institutions as well as early stage technology companies. Ms. Rohde's experience includes her tenure as CEO and Founder of Axial Exchange, a healthcare information technology company. She also served as EVP of Operations at Red Hat.
