The impact of the Prepayment on the investment results of SLR for the fiscal period ending November 30, 2022 (the 6th period; from June 1, 2022 to November 30, 2022) and the fiscal period ending May 31, 2023 (the 7th period; from December 1, 2022 to May 31, 2023) is minor, and the forecasts for investment results remain unchanged.
