Southern Province Cement Company Signs USD 190 Million Deal with Chinese Firm

Southern Province Cement Company (SPCC) and a Chinese company have signed an agreement to build a second production line in Bisha Cement plant, according to Arab News. The USD 190 million agreement aims to build a full production line, and produce 5.000 tons of clinker daily. Constructing the line is expected to start after five weeks from the contract signing date, while the project's experimental output will start after
20 months.
