Tyrill AB made an offer to acquire JengaX AS, Blockbonds AS and Kazang Zambia Limited from SPENN Technology A/S for SEK 210 million.

Tyrill AB made an offer to acquire JengaX AS, Blockbonds AS and Kazang Zambia Limited from SPENN Technology A/S (CPSE:SPENN) for SEK 210 million on March 20, 2024. Consideration will be paid in SEK 200 million in new shares of in Tyrill and cash payment of SEK 10 million. The board of SPENN Technology A/S is recommending the offer from Tyril.

The transaction is subject to approval from at least 50% of shareholders of SPENN. The transaction presupposes that current management in SPENN Technology and subsidiaries continue in the same roles in Tyrill AB. Jens Glasø will be appointed CEO of Tyrill AB once the transaction is approved, and the HQ of Tyrill AB will be in Kristiansand.
