Spotless : selected for first NZ All-of-Government Facilities Management Services panel

Spotless New Zealand is pleased to have been chosen as a provider to the first All-of-Government Facilities Management Services panel for government agencies whose property portfolio is primarily non-operational. Following an intensive procurement process, Spotless will be in a position to offer NZ government agencies effective management of facilities providing technical, management and non-technical services. It is anticipated that agencies participating in the Facilities Management Services contract will not have to go through a full procurement process of their own. 'By accessing Spotless' services through the panel, our Government clients will benefit from a clear contract framework, value for money arrangements and reliable, timely and consistent service delivery,' said Bruce Cullen, Spotless EGM New Zealand. The contract commenced on the 1st April and is for a period of four years with two rights of renewal for two years.
