NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF THE EXERCISE PRICE OF SHARE OPTIONS (STOCK
OPTIONS) TO GROUP'S EXECUTIVES AND EMPLOYEES
SQUARE ENIX HOLDINGS CO., LTD. (the "Company") hereby notices that the total number and the exercise price of Share Options to be issued to Group's executives and employees based on the resolution made at the Board of Directors' Meeting held on June 23, 2023 were fixed as follows.
Total Number of Share Options 428 units
Exercise Price of Share Options
¥672,700 per unit (¥6,727 per share)
Note: The terms and conditions of issuance of share options other than the above shall be disclosed in "NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF SHARE OPTIONS (STOCK OPTIONS) TO GROUP'S EXECUTIVES AND EMPLOYEES" dated June 23, 2023.
