Following a capital increase decision of SS Konstantine And Elena Holding adopted by the Management and the Supervisory Board of the company on 20 December 2023 and a subsequent announcement under Art. 89r of the POSA made on 15 March 2024 via the electronic media X3News (www.x3news.com), the website of the issuer (www.stconstantine.bg) and the authorised investment intermediary (www.ccbank.bg), the following issue of rights has been admitted to trading on the Subscription Rights Segment of the BSE Main Market by order of the Director of Trading on the grounds of Art. 34 (3) in conjunction with Art. 32 (2) of Part III - Listing Rules of the BSE Rules and Regulations:
