John H. Williams, Jr. Intends to Retire from Stein Mart, Inc.'s Board of Directors

On April 24, 2018, Stein Mart, Inc. received notice from John H. Williams, Jr. of his intent to retire from the company's Board of Directors effective as of the annual meeting of shareholders to be held on June 19, 2018. Therefore, Mr. Williams is not standing for reelection to the company’s Board of Directors.
