The SER Board announced the retirement of its Chairman, Glenister Lamont. Glenister has served on the board for almost seven years and during this time has overseen a successful divestment program as well as set a new direction for the company. The Board will appoint Mr. Stuart Rechner as a Director to the Company following Glenister's retirement. Stuart was appointed as an alternate Director for Mr. Tony Rechner in September 2014
and has now agreed to join the Board as a Director. For over ten years Mr. Rechner was an Australian diplomat responsible for the resources sector with postings to Beijing and Jakarta.
