On October 30, 2020, Albert LaRose, Jr., a member of the Board of Directors of Summer Energy Holdings, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the "Company"), notified the Company of his intention to resign from the Company's Board of Directors, effective immediately. Mr. LaRose did not advise the Company of any dispute or disagreement with the Company or the Company's Board of Directors on any matter relating to the operations, policies or practices of the Company.
