Sunjin Co.,Ltd. (KOSE:A136490) agreed to acquire an unknown stake in Tieling Sunjin Co., Ltd. from Harim Holdings Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A024660) for KRW 1 billion on June 29, 2017. Tieling Sunjin Co., Ltd. had net assets of KRW 600.5 billion for the year ending December 31, 2016. The transaction has been resolved by the Board of Directors of Harim Holdings Co., Ltd. on June 29, 2017. The deal is subject to Fair Trade Commission approval. The transaction is expected to close on July 3, 2017.

The Company operates its business through two segments: animal feed segment and processed meat segment. Its animal feed segment is involved in the manufacture and distribution of formula feeds and feedstuffs for pigs, chickens, dogs and cattle. Its processed meat segment is involved in the provision and distribution of pork. The Company's clients include Hyundai Department Store, Lotte Department Store and Homeplus. The Company mainly distributes its products within domestic market.
