("Sunniva", the "Company") (CSE: SNN)(OTC Pink Sheets: SNNVF), reports that on August 13, 2020, the Supreme Court of British Columbia awarded judgment in favor of IMK Management Services Inc. with respect to the previously filed notice of civil claim in connection with amounts payable to under a Finder's Fee Agreement (the "Agreement") dated January 28, 2019 with respect to the sale of Natural Health Services Inc. The judgment is for the full amount due under the Agreement of CA $472,500 plus interest and costs.
