In line with the succession plan of T T J Holdings Limited (the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group"), Mr Elavarasu Somasundaram, who has held the role of the Company's Chief Operating Offcer since 2015, will be appointed as the Chief Executive Offcer of the Company with effect from 1 August 2021, and Mr Teo Hock Chwee shall be redesignated from Chairman and Managing Director to Executive Chairman of the Company with effect from 1 August 2021.
