(1)Before the ex-dividend record date, the profit
distribution might be affected by the number of
outstanding shares changes due to capital injection,
shares buyback, treasury stocks handling, employee
stock option, or corporate bonds transferring,
conversion, or cancellation. The chairman is authorized
by board of directors to adjust the cash to be
distributed to each share and handle relevant matters.
(2)The cash dividends are calculated according to the
distribution ratio and round up to NT$1. The difference
will be paid by the company as income or expenses.
